Tengzhou new human resources market and talent apartment decoration: the ground floor is a 29-storey high-rise public building with a five-storey podium. With a total construction area of 62,423 square meters, functions: the five-storey podium part is for commercial, office and auxiliary rooms, the main building part is for talent apartments, and the underground is for garage and equipment rooms

Design analysis

The project consultant consider the carbon fiber sheet and concrete grouting as main stengthening method to acheive the requirements of the rehabilitation. Total 29 floors, and total structural strenghthening area is around 20000sqm.
